What counts as an analysis?
One analysis is one run against one database: the ranking of its slowest statements, an execution plan for each, and the statistics of the tables and indexes involved. Reruns with different thresholds count as new analyses; the free hosted demo database does not count.
Allowances reset on the first of each month. If a run fails before it reaches the database it is not counted.

Questions
Can I try a paid plan first?
Start on Free, run your three analyses, and upgrade only when you want schedules, trends or a bigger statement window. Upgrading takes effect at once; the month's usage carries over.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, through the Stripe portal. Your plan stays in force until the end of the paid period, then falls back to Free. Reports are kept for the retention period of the Free plan.
Do you store my database password?
Only if you ask us to, as a saved connection for your team; then it is encrypted with a key that never leaves the server. Otherwise it is used for the run and discarded.
Invoices and VAT?
Stripe issues the invoices; add your company name and VAT number in the billing portal and they appear on every invoice.
